Walking
If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head east on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Piazza della Signoria, where you can see the Palazzo Vecchio. From there, walk south on Via dei Gondi, which will lead you directly to the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and continue straight on the other side. You will be on Via Guicciardini, which becomes Borgo San Jacopo. Keep walking straight until you reach Piazza di San Lorenzo, where Sagrestia Nuova is located.

Public Transport
If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, take the bus number 11 or 17 from the bus stop located outside the station. Get off at the Piazza San Lorenzo stop. From there, walk a short distance to the north to reach Sagrestia Nuova, which is located in the northwest corner of the square.

If you are near the Accademia Gallery, exit the gallery and head southwest on Via Ricasoli. After about 5 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Lorenzo. Sagrestia Nuova is located in the square, just a short walk ahead.
