    If you are starting from the Ponte Vecchio, head south across the bridge and take a left onto Via Guicciardini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Santo Spirito. The Basilica di Santo Spirito will be on your right, at Piazza Santo Spirito, 30.

    From the Pitti Palace, exit the museum and turn left onto Via Romana. Follow this street until you reach Piazza Santo Spirito. The Basilica will be located on the right side of the square.
