Getting There

  • Train

    From Herculaneum, walk to the Ercolano Scavi train station. This is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train heading towards Sorrento. Get on the train and ride for two stops until you reach Torre del Greco. When you arrive at Torre del Greco station, exit the train and walk towards the main road, Corso Garibaldi.

  • Walking

    After exiting Torre del Greco station, turn left onto Corso Garibaldi and continue walking straight. Follow Corso Garibaldi for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Calastro. Turn right onto Via Calastro and continue walking for approximately 200 meters. Lido will be located on the left side at Via Calastro, 61.

    Alternatively, from Ercolano, you can take a local bus. Head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus that heads towards Torre del Greco. Once you arrive in Torre del Greco, ask the bus driver to let you know where to get off for Via Calastro, or check the bus route map that should be displayed on the bus. After you get off, follow the same walking directions mentioned above to reach Lido.
