Walking
From the Herculaneum Archaeological Site, head south towards Via IV Novembre. Turn left onto Via IV Novembre and walk until you reach the intersection with Corso Resina. Turn right onto Corso Resina and continue straight for about 1 km. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Once you reach the intersection with Via Roma, continue straight until you reach the Circumvesuviana train station. From there, take the train towards Naples and get off at the Napoli Porta Nolana station. Exit the station and walk towards Via del Mare, then turn left onto Via Monteoliveto. You will arrive at Piazza Monteoliveto.

Bus
From the Herculaneum Archaeological Site, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Corso Resina. Take the bus number 1 or 2 heading towards Naples. The bus will take you directly to the Piazza Garibaldi stop. Once you get off, walk straight towards Via del Mare, then turn left onto Via Monteoliveto. Continue walking until you reach Piazza Monteoliveto.

Train
Make your way to the Herculaneum Circumvesuviana train station, located a short walk from the archaeological site. Purchase a ticket for Naples and board the next train heading to Napoli Porta Nolana. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at Napoli Porta Nolana. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Via del Mare, and then turn left onto Via Monteoliveto. You will arrive at Piazza Monteoliveto.
