Walking
If you are in the center of Herculaneum, start by heading towards the Herculaneum Archaeological Park entrance. From there, walk towards Corso Italia and follow the signs leading to the Circumvesuviana train station (Stazione di Ercolano). Once you reach the station, purchase a ticket for the train to Sorrento. After about a 30-minute journey, you will arrive at Sorrento Station. From Sorrento, take the Sita bus towards Positano. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the stop for Positano, then follow the signs towards the town center. Via Regina Giovanna is a short walk uphill from the main square.

From Herculaneum, make your way to the Circumvesuviana train station (Stazione di Ercolano). Buy a ticket to Sorrento. After approximately 30 minutes on the train, you will arrive at Sorrento Station. Once there, head to the nearby bus terminal and catch the Sita bus that goes to Positano. The bus ride will take around 40 minutes, and you should disembark at the Positano stop. After getting off, follow the signs to the center of Positano, and you will find Via Regina Giovanna a short walk away, situated on the hillside.
