Getting There

    If you are starting from the famous Sassi di Matera, make your way to the main square, Piazza Vittorio Veneto. From here, head towards the Via Roma, which will take you through the heart of Matera. Walk along Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Via del Castello. Turn left onto Via del Castello and continue straight. After a short walk, you will see Tramontano Castle on your right.
