Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path which leads you down a slight incline. You will notice signs pointing towards Piazza San Pietro Caveoso. Follow these signs and continue walking straight until you reach a set of steps that descend further into the Sassi area. At the bottom of the steps, you will see Piazza San Pietro Caveoso directly ahead.

If you are near the Church of San Pietro Caveoso, simply exit the church and walk towards the main square. You will find that Piazza San Pietro Caveoso is just a few steps away. Look for the large open area where you can enjoy the view of the ancient cave dwellings surrounding the square.

For a scenic route, start at the Belvedere Murgia Timone viewpoint. Enjoy the breathtaking views and then head back towards the city by walking down to Via Bruno Buozzi. Continue walking until you reach Via San Giovanni, then follow the same route to Piazza San Pietro Caveoso as described above.
