I visited Matera with my husband for 3 days and I state that we never take guides, but everyone had told us that to understand Matera would be indispensable. We were lucky enough to be guided by Giulio through the meanders of this incredible jewel. It's a super interesting tour, full of historical anecdotes and funny moments. We were so happy that the next day we wanted to reply and also Francis, the guide who took us to see the churches-caves on the other side of the country was very good. Really both united by passion and deep historical knowledge.
