Take Line 1 (red line) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS and change at the Cadorna station. From Cadorna, transfer to Line 2 (green line) towards Assago Milanofiori Forum. Get off at the 'Cadorna' stop and exit the station. From the Cadorna station, it's a 15-minute walk to Piazza di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Head west on Via Cadorna, then continue onto Via Dante. Turn right onto Corso Magenta, and follow it until you see the square.

If you're near the Duomo, you can also take Tram Line 16 from the stop 'Duomo' in the direction of 'Colonna'. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at 'Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie'. From the tram stop, you will see the beautiful church right in front of you.
