From Piazza del Campo, walk to Piazza del Mercato, located behind the Palazzo Pubblico. Take the stairs down to the green area below. Follow the small street to the right of Via del Sole. Continue along this road, and you will find the entrance to All'Orto de' Pecci. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes from Piazza del Campo.

From the Siena train station, take bus lines 3, 8, 10, 17, or 77 to Piazza del Sale. From Piazza del Sale, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to All'Orto de' Pecci via Piazza del Campo and Piazza del Mercato. Bus tickets cost €1.50 and can be purchased at Tabaccheria shops or at the bus station.
