From the main square of Montepulciano, Piazza Grande, head towards Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Walk down this street until you reach the intersection with Via San Donato. Turn left onto Via San Donato and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the T-junction, turn right onto Via delle Cantine and follow it until you reach the foot of the hill. From there, you'll see the signs directing you to Perugia. Continue along the path, which will lead you towards the main road. After about 1 kilometer, you will arrive at the bus stop for Perugia.

Once you reach the bus stop at the foot of the hill, look for the bus service to Perugia, which typically runs every 30 minutes. Purchase your ticket at the ticket kiosk or on the bus (if allowed). Board the bus heading to Perugia and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Perugia, follow the signs to the exit. The Acquedotto medievale di Perugia is about a 15-minute walk from the terminal.

After exiting the bus terminal in Perugia, head towards Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Walk straight through the square and continue onto Corso Garibaldi. Stay on this road as it turns into Via Appia. The Acquedotto medievale will be on your left. Keep an eye out for the historical structure, recognizable by its arches and stonework.
