Start at Orvieto train station (Stazione di Orvieto). Take a train heading towards Rome and get off at the Capranica - Sutri station (about 30 minutes). Once you arrive, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take the bus line COTRAL towards Caprarola. The bus journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for Caprarola. From there, you may need to walk about 2 kilometers to reach the entrance of Riserva Naturale Regionale Lago di Vico.

From Orvieto, head to the COTRAL bus station located near the main square, Piazza della Repubblica. Catch a bus to Caprarola (make sure to check the schedule for the latest departures). The bus ride will take around 45 minutes.
