If you are starting from the Orvieto Funicular station, exit the station and head down Via Funicolare. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From the piazza, take Via del Duomo and walk towards the Cathedral. Once you reach the Cathedral, head straight into Corso Cavour. Continue walking along Corso Cavour for about 500 meters. Teatro Mancinelli will be on your left at Corso Cavour, 122.

If you are near the Orvieto Cathedral, simply exit the Cathedral and walk down Via del Duomo towards Piazza della Repubblica. Once you reach the piazza, turn left onto Corso Cavour. Continue walking along Corso Cavour for about 400 meters, and you will find Teatro Mancinelli on your left at Corso Cavour, 122.
