Walking
If you are in the center of Perugia, start at the main square, Piazza IV Novembre. From here, head towards the Corso Vannucci, which is the main street. Walk straight along Corso Vannucci for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the street. You will see a large fountain at the end. Turn left onto Via dei Priori. Continue straight for another 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via della Repubblica. Turn right onto Via della Repubblica and follow the street as it curves slightly. After about 5 more minutes, you will arrive at Largo S. Francesco, where Chiesa di San Francesco is located.

From the main bus station in Perugia, catch bus number E or F towards Gubbio. Make sure to check the bus schedule for departures. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Gubbio' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards Largo S. Francesco, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs pointing towards the historic center, and you will arrive at Chiesa di San Francesco.
