Walking
If you are in the center of Perugia, head towards Piazza IV Novembre. From the piazza, find the escalators near the Cathedral of San Lorenzo that will take you down towards the lower parts of the city. Once you reach the bottom, continue straight until you reach Viale Roma. Turn left onto Viale Roma and walk until you see the signs for the Perugia train station. At the train station, you can take a train to Gubbio. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Gubbio, exit the train station and walk towards the center. Follow the signs to Piazza S. Giovanni, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station, and you will find the Church of Saint John Baptist there.
