Once you arrive at the Naples bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the nearest metro station, Museo Metro Station. Take the metro line 2 towards Pozzuoli and get off at the Cavour station. From there, walk about 10 minutes to Via Sanità, 123. The Catacombe di San Gaudioso will be on your left.
