If you are near the Trevi Fountain, you can walk to Basilica Sant'Andrea delle Fratte. Start from the fountain and head southwest on Via delle Muratte. Continue straight until you reach Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Turn left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di Sant'Andrea delle Fratte. Turn right onto Via di Sant'Andrea delle Fratte, and the basilica will be on your left.

From the station, take the exit towards Via Veneto and walk straight until you reach Piazza Barberini. From there, head south on Via della Purificazione, which becomes Via di Sant'Andrea delle Fratte. The basilica will be on your right at number 1.
