    From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main doors and head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, walk straight down the Viale Vaticano, which will lead you out of the Vatican area. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and walk straight until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you cross the bridge, continue walking straight, and you will eventually reach Piazza Navona. Keep walking straight and turn left onto Via di Santa Maria in Via. This road will lead you to Piazza Mignanelli. The Column of the Immaculate Conception will be in the center of the square.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and follow the signs to the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via della Conciliazione. Take Bus 81 or Bus 982 towards Termini Station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards the direction of the Altare della Patria (the large white monument). Once at the Altare della Patria, head to Via del Corso and continue walking until you reach Piazza Mignanelli. The Column of the Immaculate Conception is located in the center of the square.
