Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are starting from Termini Station, take Line A (the orange line) in the direction of Anagnina. After three stops, get off at Re di Roma station. Once you exit the station, turn left onto Via Re di Roma. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Piazza dei Re di Roma.

  • Bus

    From the Colosseum, walk to the bus stop at Piazza del Colosseo. Take bus number 81 in the direction of Stazione Tiburtina. After about 8 stops, get off at the stop named Re di Roma. From there, walk back a short distance to Piazza dei Re di Roma.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, you can walk to Piazza dei Re di Roma. Head southeast on Via del Laterano towards Via Carlo Felice. Continue straight onto Via Merulana, then turn left onto Via Re di Roma. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the piazza.

    From Trastevere, take Tram 8 towards Piazza Venezia. Get off at the stop named Garbatella. From there, transfer to Metro Line B (the blue line) and travel to the stop at Circo Massimo.
