Walking
If you're starting at the Colosseum, exit the Colosseum and head northwest on Via di San Gregorio. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. From there, take Via del Corso and walk north until you reach Piazza del Popolo. At Piazza del Popolo, turn right onto Via di Ripetta and follow it until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Cavour, and then head south along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Rotto. Pons Aemilius will be on your right, on Via di Ponte Rotto.

Metro and Walking
From Termini Station, take Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Flaminio Station. Exit the station and walk towards Piazza del Popolo. From Piazza del Popolo, walk down Via di Ripetta to the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Cavour and walk along the river until you reach Ponte Rotto. Pons Aemilius is located on Via di Ponte Rotto, just across the bridge.

Bus and Walking
From the Vatican, take bus number 64 from the stop at Piazza San Pietro towards Termini Station. Get off at the stop called 'Piazza Venezia'. Walk towards Via del Corso and take a left. Continue walking until you reach Piazza del Popolo, then turn right onto Via di Ripetta. Follow the road to the Tiber River and cross the Ponte Cavour. Walk along the riverbank until you arrive at Ponte Rotto. Pons Aemilius will be on your right.
