If you're starting from the Colosseum, exit the Colosseum and head northwest on Via di Villa Peretti. Continue straight until you reach Piazza del Colosseo. From there, take the bus line 75 from the bus stop at Piazza del Colosseo to the stop at Largo di Torre Argentina. Once you get off, walk west on Via di Torre Argentina until it intersects with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn right onto Via del Teatro di Marcello, and you will find San Nicola in Carcere at number 46.

Metro and Walking
If you are near the Spanish Steps, walk to the Spagna Metro Station and take the Line A train towards Anagnina. Travel for two stops and get off at the Termini station. Transfer to Line B and take the train towards Laurentina. Get off at the Circo Massimo station. From Circo Massimo, exit the station and walk northeast on Via della Greca towards Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then continue straight until you reach Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn right, and San Nicola in Carcere will be on your left at number 46.

If you are at Piazza Navona, walk to the bus stop at Corso del Rinascimento and take bus line 87 towards Valle Giulia. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop at Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, walk west on Via di Torre Argentina until it intersects with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn right onto Via del Teatro di Marcello, and you will find San Nicola in Carcere at number 46.
