If you are near the Colosseum, head northwest on Via di Villa Peretti, continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, walk towards Via del Corso and turn right. Continue straight until you reach Via dei Fori Imperiali, then turn right again. Walk straight until you reach the Roman Forum. Continue past the Forum, and turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello. San Nicola in Carcere will be on your right at Via del Teatro di Marcello, 46.

Take the Metro Line B from any station towards Laurentina and get off at the Colosseo station. Exit the station and walk towards the Colosseum. From there, follow the walking directions given above to reach San Nicola in Carcere.

Take bus number 81 or 87 from your nearest bus stop towards the Termini station. Get off at the stop called 'Teatro di Marcello.' Once you get off, walk straight ahead on Via del Teatro di Marcello, and you will find San Nicola in Carcere at number 46 on your right.
