If you are near the Colosseum, start by heading southwest on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza del Colosseo. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Santa Maria Nova. The Temple of Venus and Rome will be on your right. This journey takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
