From the center of Trastevere, make your way to Piazza Trilussa. Once you reach the piazza, cross the Ponte Sisto bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the large intersection at Via Giulia. Turn left onto Via Giulia and walk until you hit the next intersection. Then, turn right onto Via del Genio. Follow this street as it turns into Via della Lungara, which will lead you towards the Gianicolo Hill.

If you prefer taking public transportation, from Piazza Trilussa, walk to the nearby bus stop at Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio. Here, you can catch bus number 75 towards 'S. Giovanni'.
