From the center of San Gimignano, head southwest towards Via San Giovanni. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna and continue to Via della Libertà. At the end of Via della Libertà, take a right onto Via Roma. Walk straight until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, take the bus to Florence. Once you arrive at the bus station in Florence, walk towards Piazza Santa Maria Novella and then head east towards Piazza della Signoria. The Fountain of Neptune will be located in the square.

From San Gimignano, head to the bus station located near the main square. Purchase a ticket for Florence. Board the bus that goes to Florence (Firenze) and enjoy the scenic ride. After about an hour, you will arrive at the main bus terminal in Florence. From there, exit the bus terminal and walk towards Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Once you are at the piazza, continue walking east, and you will arrive at Piazza della Signoria where the Fountain of Neptune is located.
