From the main square, Piazza della Cisterna, head southwest on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn left onto Via Vecchia and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via della Madonna. Continue walking until you see the sign for the University of Siena on Via Roma. The entrance is located at Via Roma, 56.

Turn right and follow this road until you reach the end. Turn left onto Via Vecchia, then take another left onto Via della Madonna. Walk straight until you arrive at Via Roma, where you’ll find the University of Siena at number 56.
