From the center of San Gimignano, head towards the main entrance of the historic town. Once you exit the walls, walk straight along Via San Giovanni. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Via Vecchia, which will take you to the bus station. From the bus station, take the bus to Florence (Firenze) which is clearly marked.
