Walking
If you are starting from the main square of Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile, head south on Corso Umberto I. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Teatro Greco. Turn left onto Via Teatro Greco and walk for approximately 200 meters. You will see the entrance to the Storica Scalinata dell'Università on your right.

From the Taormina Cable Car Station, exit the station and walk towards the main road, Via Luigi Pirandello. Follow this road until you reach Corso Umberto I, then turn right. Walk along Corso Umberto I for about 400 meters, and then turn left onto Via Teatro Greco. The Storica Scalinata dell'Università will be on your right after about 200 meters.

At the bottom of the stairs, turn right onto Via Teatro Greco and walk straight for about 200 meters. At the intersection with Corso Umberto I, turn left and continue for another 300 meters.
