Walking
From the center of Taormina, head towards Corso Umberto I, the main street of Taormina filled with shops and cafes. Continue walking along Corso Umberto I until you reach the intersection with Via Teatro Greco. Turn left onto Via Teatro Greco and continue straight until you reach the Teatro Antico di Taormina. From there, follow the signs towards the cable car station, which is located near the entrance to the theater. Take the cable car down to Mazzarò and then walk towards the beach area. After enjoying the view, retrace your steps back to the cable car station and return to Taormina. From the cable car station, walk straight to Via Pirandello, then turn right onto Via Santa Maria Alemanna. Continue walking until you reach your destination. Chiesa di Santa Maria Alemanna will be on your left at Via Santa Maria Alemanna, 48.
