If you're traveling by car, start from the main road leading into Venice. Take the A4 motorway and follow the signs towards Venice. Once you reach the city, park in one of the designated parking areas, such as the Tronchetto parking garage. From there, take the People Mover train to Piazzale Roma. Upon arriving at Piazzale Roma, walk towards the Santa Croce district and follow the signs to the water bus station. Take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards Lido and get off at the San Stae stop. From here, it's a short 10-minute walk to Calle dei Morti where the Church of Saint Cassian is located.

If you're using public transportation, you can catch a train to Venice Santa Lucia train station. Once at the station, exit and walk towards Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma, board the Vaporetto Line 1 towards Lido. Disembark at the San Stae stop. After getting off, walk for approximately 10 minutes towards Calle dei Morti where the Church of Saint Cassian is found.
