After parking, take the People Mover (a monorail system) from Tronchetto to Piazzale Roma. This costs around €1.50. From Piazzale Roma, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 or Line 2 towards San Marco, which costs €7.50. Disembark at the 'San Marco' stop, and you will find yourself at the square.
