Walking
If you are starting from the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and turn left onto the Fondamenta della Ferrovia. Walk along the canal for about 5 minutes until you reach the Ponte degli Scalzi bridge. Cross the bridge, then follow the Calle della Libertà straight ahead. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. From here, turn left onto the Fondamenta di Santa Croce. Continue walking for about 8 minutes until you see the Chiesa di San Simeon Piccolo on your right, located at Santa Croce, 698.

Vaporetto (Water Bus)
If you are near the Grand Canal, you can take the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2. Board the Vaporetto at a nearby stop (e.g., Piazzale Roma or Ferrovia) and ride towards the San Marco direction.
