If you are near the Grand Canal, start at the nearest Vaporetto stop. For example, if you are at the 'Ponte dell'Accademia' stop, exit the Vaporetto and head south. Cross the Accademia Bridge. Once you are on the other side, turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the first intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto 'Campo San Vio'. Continue straight until you reach 'Campo San Pantalon', where you will see the church on your left.

From 'Piazza San Marco', head towards 'Riva degli Schiavoni' and follow the waterfront until you reach the 'Ponte dei Sospiri'. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto 'Calle Larga dei Bari'. This street will lead you to 'Campo San Luca'. From there, take 'Calle del Frutariol' which leads into 'Campo Santa Maria Formosa'. Continue straight until you reach 'Calle dei Fabbri', where you will turn right. You will soon reach 'Campo San Pantalon' on your left.

If you are coming from the 'Santa Lucia' train station, exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. Follow the canal towards the left until you reach the 'Ponte della Costituzione'. Cross the bridge and continue straight, passing through 'Calle dei Tolentini'. Continue on this street until you reach 'Campo San Pantalon', where the church is located at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 3703.
