Walking
From the center of Savanna-la-Mar, start by heading south on the main street, which is called Great George Street. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the A2 highway. At this intersection, turn left onto the A2 highway and walk for another 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Lacovia. Keep an eye out for local landmarks to help guide you, such as the Savanna-la-Mar Market. Once you reach Lacovia, Jamaica Zoo will be on your right side.

From the main bus station in Savanna-la-Mar, take a local bus heading towards Lacovia. The bus will display 'Lacovia' on its front. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Lacovia, ask the bus driver or locals for directions to Jamaica Zoo, which is a short walk from the bus stop. You’ll need to head towards the main road and look for signs pointing to the zoo.
