Car
If you are driving from anywhere in Bingo, head to Route 2 and follow the signs for Hiroshima. Continue on Route 2 for approximately 140 km until you reach the intersection with Route 54. Take Route 54 towards Fukuyama and drive for another 30 km. At Fukuyama, merge onto the Sanyo Expressway (E2) heading east. After about 50 km, take the exit for Tokyo and follow the signs to Shinagawa City. Katsushima Sea is located at 3 Chome-2 Katsushima, Shinagawa City. Look for public parking nearby, which may incur fees of around 500-1000 JPY.

Public Transportation
To reach Katsushima Sea using public transport, first take a train from Bingo Station to Fukuyama Station via the Sanyo Line. This journey takes about 40 minutes. From Fukuyama Station, transfer to the Shinkansen (bullet train) heading towards Tokyo. The Shinkansen ride will take approximately 3.5 hours. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at Shinagawa Station.
