Car
From Chikugo, take the Kyushu Expressway (E3) heading towards Dazaifu. After approximately 20 minutes, take the exit for Dazaifu. Follow the signs to Route 3, then turn left onto Route 3. After about 5 minutes, turn right onto Kanzeonji Road. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers. You will find parking available near Iwaya Castle Ruins. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 300 yen.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from Chikugo Station to Dazaifu Station. This journey usually requires a transfer at Fukuoka's Tenjin Station. After arriving at Dazaifu Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Take the Nishitetsu bus bound for Kanzeonji (approximately 15 minutes). Get off at the Kanzeonji stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Iwaya Castle Ruins. Bus fare should be around 300 yen.
