From Kurume Station, take bus number 41 towards Tanushimarumachi. Get off at the Tanushimarumachi Masuoda bus stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach the Hang Glider Launch Site. After approximately 5 kilometers, look for signs indicating Tanushimarumachi Masuoda. Follow the road signs for another 2 kilometers to reach the Hang Glider Launch Site. Parking is available at the site.
