Car
If you're driving from Chikugo city center, head southwest on Route 210. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and follow it for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for signs pointing to Tanushimarumachi Masuoda. After about 2 kilometers, turn right onto the access road leading to the Hang Glider Launch Site. There is parking available near the launch area, but keep in mind that it may require a small parking fee, so have some coins ready.

From Chikugo, take a train from Chikugo-Funabashi Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line towards Omuta. Ride for about 20 minutes and disembark at Kurume Station. From Kurume Station, transfer to bus number 41 towards Tanushimarumachi. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Tanushimarumachi Masuoda bus stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach the Hang Glider Launch Site. It’s advisable to use a map application for navigation during this walk. The total cost for the train and bus tickets should be around 800 yen.
