Car
If you are driving from Chikuzen, head southwest on Route 200 towards Fukuoka City. Continue on Route 200 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and follow the signs for Hakata. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit toward Reisenmachi. Once you exit, follow the signs to Ryuguji Temple, which is located at 4-21 Reisenmachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Ryuguji Temple via public transport, start by taking a local bus from Chikuzen City to Fukuoka City. You can catch the bus at the Chikuzen Bus Terminal. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes and costs around 500 yen. Once you arrive at Hakata Station in Fukuoka, transfer to the subway. Take the Kuko Line towards Meinohama and get off at the Nakasu-Kawabata Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Ryuguji Temple. Just head east towards Reisenmachi, and follow the signs to the temple located at 4-21 Reisenmachi.
