If you are driving from the center of Dewa, head southeast on Route 13. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 458. Take a left onto Route 458 and continue for 5 kilometers. After that, turn right onto Akayu Road and follow the signs for Nanyo Sky Park. The park will be located on your left at 2841-1 Akayu, Nanyō, Yamagata 999-2211.

To reach Nanyo Sky Park via public transportation, start at Dewa Station. Take the JR Yamagata Line train towards Yamagata Station. Get off at Akayu Station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. From Akayu Station, you can take a local bus towards Nanyo Sky Park. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes, and the fare is approximately 300 yen. Get off at the Nanyo Sky Park stop, which is directly adjacent to the park entrance.
