The Fukuoka City Information Centre is located within Lion Square in Tenjin. From Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, it's a short walk through the central shopping area. Look for the Lion Square landmark. From Tenjin Station (subway), follow signs for the underground shopping arcade (Tenjin Chikagai) and exit near Lion Square.

The Information Centre is easily accessible by subway and bus. From Hakata Station, take the subway to Tenjin Station (approx. 11 minutes) and follow the walking directions above. Many Nishitetsu buses stop at Tenjin; alight at a stop near Lion Square. A single subway ride from Hakata to Tenjin costs around ¥260.

Taxis are readily available throughout Fukuoka. A short taxi ride from Hakata Station to the Tenjin area, where the Information Centre is located, will typically cost between ¥1,000 and ¥1,500, depending on traffic. Ensure the driver knows you want to go to Lion Square in Tenjin.
