Car
If you are driving from Hakone, take Route 1 towards Odawara. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the junction with Route 138. Merge onto Route 138 and follow the signs for Fujinomiya. After about 35 km, you will enter Fujinomiya city. Look for Miyacho street signs as you get closer to the shrine. Once you reach 1-1 Miyacho, you will see the Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine from Hakone using public transportation, start by taking the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. From Odawara, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and take a train towards Shizuoka. Get off at Fujinomiya Station. Once at Fujinomiya Station, you can take a local bus or taxi to the shrine. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The shrine is located at 1-1 Miyacho, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
