If you are driving in Hitachi, start by getting on Route 6 (Nihonbashi Avenue) heading towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for the Joban Expressway and take the ramp towards Ueno/Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for approximately 1.5 hours until you reach the Chiyoda City exit. Once you exit, follow signs towards Kanda Surugadai, and use a GPS or map application to guide you to 4 Chome Kanda Surugadai, where Hijiri Bridge is located.
Public Transportation
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. This journey will take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Shibuya. Get off at the Kanda Station. From Kanda Station, exit towards the East Exit and walk approximately 10 minutes straight along the Kanda Surugadai street until you reach 4 Chome Kanda Surugadai, where Hijiri Bridge is located.
