Car
From Hitachi, take National Route 6 (国道6号) heading south. Continue on Route 6 for about 20 kilometers. When you reach the Oarai area, follow the signs for Oarai Seaside Park (大洗海浜公園). The parking lot is available near the park entrance, and parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen.

Train and Bus
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line (常磐線) towards Mito. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at Katsuta Station (勝田駅). From Katsuta Station, take the Kashima Rinkai Tetsudo Line to Oarai Station (大洗駅). Once you arrive at Oarai Station, exit and look for the bus terminal. Take the Oarai Town Community Bus (大洗町コミュニティバス) to Oarai Seaside Park. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes, and the fare is around 200 yen.
