If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Hitachi, begin your journey by getting onto the Joban Expressway (E6) heading towards Tokyo. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the Tokyo area, follow the signs for Shinjuku / Shibuya and merge onto the Shuto Expressway (C1). Take the exit for 'Shibaura' and then follow the signs for 'Minato City'. As you approach, look for signs directing you to Shiba Park, which is located at 4 Chome-10-17 Shibakoen, Minato City. Please note that there may be tolls on the expressways, so prepare some cash or an ETC card for payment.

To reach Shiba Park using public transportation, head to Hitachi Station. From there, take the JR Joban Line bound for Ueno. The journey takes about 1 hour.
