If you are driving to the Suntory Museum of Art, start by heading towards the central area of Hitachi. Use Route 6 (National Route 6) heading south towards the city of Mito. Once you reach the junction for the Joban Expressway, take the expressway towards Tokyo. After approximately 1.5 hours, take the exit toward Shimbashi and follow signs for central Tokyo. Continue on Gaien-Higashi Dori until you reach Akasaka. Look for the Tokyo Midtown complex; the museum is located on the 3rd floor of the Galleria. There is parking available in the Tokyo Midtown complex.

Public Transportation
To reach the Suntory Museum of Art via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line toward Mito and transfer at Mito Station to the JR Ueno-Tokyo Line. From there, take the train towards Shinjuku and get off at Roppongi Station. From Roppongi Station, take Exit 1C and walk towards Tokyo Midtown. The museum is located on the 3rd floor of the Galleria building within the complex. The entire journey will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours depending on the connection times.
