From the center of Hitachi, get on Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) heading south. Follow the expressway for approximately 90 km towards Tokyo. Take the exit towards Koto City and follow the signs for Monzennakacho. Once in Monzennakacho, navigate to 2 Chome-9-4 Monzennakacho. Parking may be available in nearby lots, but be prepared that some may incur a fee ranging from 300 to 500 yen per hour.

Start at Hitachi Station and take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. Transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line heading towards Asakusa.
