Car
If you are driving from Hitachi, take the Joban Expressway (常磐自動車道) from Hitachi. Follow the expressway for approximately 90 km and take the exit towards Koto City. Use Route 357 to reach Shin-Kiba. Once you arrive in Shin-Kiba, follow the signs for Tokyo Heliport. The heliport is located at 4 Chome−7−25 港湾局 東京ヘリポート. Parking is available for a fee. Expect to pay around 500 yen for parking.

Public Transportation
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Ride towards Nakameguro and get off at Kiba Station. From Kiba Station, take the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line towards Nishi-Funabashi and get off at Shin-Kiba Station. Exit the station and follow signs for Tokyo Heliport. The heliport is about a 15-minute walk from the station. Total fare for this journey will be approximately 1,500 yen.
