Getting There

Car
Starting from Hitachi, head southeast on Route 6 towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 until you reach the intersection with Route 51. Take Route 51 and follow the signs towards Edogawa City. As you approach the city, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Kasai Rinkai Park. There is parking available at the park, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around ¥500 per day.

From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line train towards Ueno. You will need to transfer at Matsudo Station to the JR Musashino Line. Get off at Shin-Kiba Station. From Shin-Kiba Station, take the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line towards Nishi-Funabashi and get off at Kasai Station. The park is about a 10-minute walk from Kasai Station. Look for directions to the park entrance as you exit the station.

From Hitachi, board a local bus that heads towards Mito and transfer to the bus services that go to Edogawa City. Once in Edogawa, look for the bus services that specifically stop at Kasai Rinkai Park. The bus fare from Hitachi to Edogawa is approximately ¥1,000. Confirm with the bus driver that the bus will stop at Kasai Rinkai Park before boarding.
