Car
If you are driving, start by entering Saiwaki, Hyuga, Miyazaki 889-1112 into your GPS. From the center of Hyuga, head south on Route 10, then take the exit toward Saiwaki. Follow the signs to Hyuga Sun Park. There is parking available at the park, and it's free of charge.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take the Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu) from Hyuga Station. Board a train bound for Nobeoka (the journey takes about 15 minutes). Get off at Saiwaki Station. From there, it’s a 20-minute walk to Hyuga Sun Park. Exit the station, turn left on Route 10, and follow the signs for the park. Alternatively, you can catch a local bus from Saiwaki Station; the fare is approximately 200 yen.
Taxi
Taxis are also available if you prefer a direct route. You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Hyuga. Provide the driver with the address Saiwaki, Hyuga, Miyazaki 889-1112. The fare should be around 1,000 to 1,500 yen depending on your starting point.
