Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, head towards Route 259 from Ise Shima. Continue on Route 259 until you reach the junction with Route 42. Take Route 42 heading north towards Nishio. After approximately 40 km, follow the signs to Isshikicho Sakushima. You will need to drive to the Sakushima Ferry Terminal in Nishio city. Parking is available at the terminal. The ferry ride to Saku Island takes about 15 minutes and costs around 500 yen one way.

    From Ise Shima, take a train to Kariya Station via the Kintetsu Line. This journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 1,500 yen.
