If you are driving from central Ise, start by heading west on Route 42 towards Tsu. After about 20 km, take the exit towards Route 247. Continue on Route 247 for approximately 10 km until you reach Hekinan. Follow the signs to 2 Chome Konanmachi. The Herb Garden will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but make sure to check for any parking fees in the area.

From Ise Station, take the Kintetsu Line to Tsu Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once at Tsu Station, transfer to the Meitetsu Mikawa Line towards Hekinan. Get off at Hekinan Station (about 15 minutes). From Hekinan Station, you can take a local bus or a taxi to 2 Chome Konanmachi. The bus might take about 10-15 minutes. Ensure you have some cash for the bus fare, which is typically around 200-300 yen.
